Gather your friends, bring someone special, or come along on your own for a relaxed evening of Christmas creativity at our Gingerbread House Decorate & Sip Nights at LOEV in Moorabbin.

Our gingerbread houses are made using our signature Sweet Caroline gingerbread recipe and contain gluten.
Unfortunately, gluten-free and vegan gingerbread houses are not available for these events. If you have allergies or other dietary requirements, please contact Sweet Caroline before purchasing your ticket so we can provide further ingredient information.
Your evening begins with a welcome cocktail on arrival, before settling in to decorate your very own large Sweet Caroline gingerbread house.
Each guest will receive a pre-assembled, undecorated large gingerbread house, a piping bag filled with our pre-made royal icing and a generous selection of colourful lollies and decorations. Then the fun is entirely yours. Keep it classic, cover it in colour, create something wonderfully over the top or discover that your architectural ambitions slightly exceed your royal icing capabilities.
There’s no decorating experience required. Our Sweet Caroline team will be there throughout the Gingerbread House Decorate & Sip to help, offer a little guidance and make sure you have everything you need.
At the end of the evening, leave the logistics to us. Our team will carefully wrap your decorated gingerbread house in cellophane and tie it with a red bow, ready for you to take home and enjoy.

Your Gingerbread House Decorate & Sip ticket includes:
- One welcome cocktail on arrival
- One large, pre-assembled Sweet Caroline gingerbread house
- A piping bag filled with pre-made royal icing
- A generous selection of lollies and decorations
- 2 hours of gingerbread house decorating
- Guidance and assistance from the Sweet Caroline team
- Cellophane wrapping and red bow for your finished house to take home
Additional drinks will be available to purchase from the bar throughout the evening and afterwards.

There is no food available to purchase at LOEV, however guests are very welcome to bring their own food or platter to enjoy during the evening.

Our Gingerbread House Decorate & Sip Nights are designed to be relaxed, social and wonderfully festive.
Come with a group of friends for a Christmas catch-up, make it your end-of-year celebration, bring a partner, or simply book yourself a ticket and join us. You'll have your own gingerbread house to decorate, plenty of lollies to choose from and a cocktail in hand, with all the preparation and clean-up taken care of.
And unlike most nights out, you'll leave carrying an entire gingerbread house.
