Are cookies individually wrapped?
Yes. Cookies are individually sealed in food grade cello bags. Biodegradable cello bags are available on request, at an additional cost.
How long do cookies stay fresh?
The shelf life of sealed cookies is 8-10 weeks.
How big are your cookies?
Our cookies are 7cm diameter.
Do you make gluten free cookies?
Yes! We make cookies that are gluten free & vegan. They contain no common allergens.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes, a selection of our products can be ordered wholesale. Please email us directly to discuss atinfo@sweetcaroline.net.au.
Can my order be picked up?
TYes. Orders can be picked up from Cheltenham 7am-2pm, or from Beaumaris after hours.
Can cookies be delivered?
Yes, we ship orders all over Australia & Internationally.
How much notice do you need for my order?
Generally, our lead time is 5 business days. However, this can increase or decrease at times. Please email usif your order is urgent or at the last minute. We’ll do our best to help you!
Can gingerbread houses be delivered?
Yes, we ship gingerbread houses all over Australia & internationally. Shipping costs are based on package weight & size.
How big are your gingerbread houses?
Dimensions of our gingerbread houses appear within the photos of each house on our website.
Do you make gluten free gingerbread houses?
No, at this stage we don’t.
Can cupcakes be delivered?
Yes, we deliver cupcakes within Metro Melbourne only.
Can Cupcakes be posted?
No.
Do you do gingerbread or cookie decorating workshops?
Yes, we do! Email us to enquire at info@sweetcaroline.net.au.
Can you come to facilitate our decorating workshop?
Yes, I can!
Is Sweet Caroline a retail store?
No, however we do run a pop-up shop, in November and December at our kitchen headquarters in Mills Street Cheltenham, Victoria, which is our primary Commercial Production kitchen. Follow our social media for details on the next pop-up shop.
Orders placed via our website can be picked up here. We make all our gingerbreads, cookies, and cupcakes to order.
We have multiple offices and need similar orders. Do we need to make individual orders to each office?
Not at all! Sweet Caroline offers consolidated ordering; that means you can order your delicious gingerbread or cookies and have them shipped out to different locations across Australia. Cupcakes are limited to Melbourne metro delivery. You’ll need to send us a spreadsheet containing your orders and addresses to info@sweetcaroline.net.au first, so we can give you a quote. We can also handle bulk orders and tight deadlines!
Please note: all orders must be addressed to a building and not a P.O. Box.
Do you offer order consolidation?
Yes! We can combine orders and send them out to different locations, all over Australia. First, you’ll need to send us a spreadsheet of your destinations through to info@sweetcaroline.net.au and we’ll send you a detailed quote. We can also ramp up capacity in our kitchen to handle bulk orders or tight deadlines!
Can you ship to my location in…
Yes - we ship gingerbread and cookies everywhere in Australia, including offices, warehouses, and other commercial properties. We can also consolidate orders if your business operates from multiple locations (see our FAQ on consolidated orders for more info.). Due to the fragile nature of cupcakes, we can only deliver them within the Melbourne metropolitan area.

No problem! We can increase production in our commercial kitchen to fulfil your custom bulk order or urgent deadline. Just email us at info@sweetcaroline.net.au to begin the process.
Do I need to order your goods online or can I find them in retail stores?
Yes, for the majority of our gingerbread houses, gingerbread men, cookies, and cupcakes, you will need to special order them ahead of time, especially if you require customisation.
Limited or seasonal runs of our gingerbread men and houses appear in retail shops around Melbourne and are subject to retailer availability.
