SHIPPING
Shipping of our cookies & gingerbread houses is available Australia wide. You will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to change the address. We do not post to PO Boxes.
Important shipping update: due to Covid-19, and delays associated with postage, Australia Post has advised that express post can sometimes take 5 days or more, standard post more than 5 days. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your good by a specific date. By ticking the box at checkout, you agree to these terms.
COURIER DELIVERY
To prevent any delivery issues from arising, you must ensure that:
- all delivery information (such as recipient’s address, name and contact details) is accurate and complete; and
- delivery instructions are clear for a particular delivery order.
If the delivery information provided is not accurate, Sweet Caroline Gingerbread & Biscuits shall not be liable for any additional costs and expenses that may be incurred in relation to the delivery (and if applicable, re-delivery) of the goods.
We request the mobile number & email address of the courier delivery recipient. Should the courier arrive to deliver the goods & the delivery premises is unattended, the courier will attempt to contact the recipient, to agree on a location at the delivery address to leave the goods. Sweet Caroline Gingerbread & Biscuits shall not be liable for any additional costs and expenses that may be incurred in relation to the delivery (and if applicable, re-delivery) of the goods.
