Are the cookies individually wrapped?
Yes, all cookies (with the exception of Chill Pills) are individually sealed in food grade clear cellophane bags.
How long do the cookies last for?
Cookies have a shelf life of 8-10 weeks (while they remain in their sealed cellophane bag).
Can cookies be posted?
Yes, the entire cookie range, and Gingerbread House Kits can be posted Australia Wide.
Can Gingerbread Houses be posted?
No, unfortunately they cannot be posted. Delivery options are available for Metro Melbourne. Sweet Caroline offers delivery via Courier. Please visit the Deliveries page for more information.
Please Note; Sweet Caroline Gingerbread & Biscuits will not take responsibility or issue refunds for damaged houses, where a Courier has delivered the House.
How big is the Traditional Gingerbread House?
The dimensions of the house are 19cm wide, 15cm deep & 18cm high, on a 9 inch round cake board. If you have selected a box for the house, the dimensions of the box are 10 inch x 10 inch x 14 inch high.
How big is the Mini Traditional Gingerbread House?
The dimensions of the house are 12.5cm wide, 13cm deep & 13cm high, on a 7 inch round cake board. If you have selected a box for the house, the dimensions of the box are 8 inch x 8 inch x 14 inch high.
