Hi, I’m Caroline — founder of Sweet Caroline Gingerbread & Biscuits, mum to two gorgeous girls, and a proud breast cancer warrior.
Sweet Caroline began in my council-registered kitchen at home. What began as a small passion project quickly grew into a thriving business, and today we proudly operate from our commercial kitchen in Mills Street, Cheltenham.
We specialise in custom corporate cookies, branded logo cookies and handcrafted gingerbread houses, perfect for corporate gifting, events, client thank-yous and celebrations. Our cookies are beautifully decorated, hand packaged, individually sealed and shipped Australia-wide and internationally, helping businesses create memorable moments with something truly delicious.
