Refund policy

If for some reason your cookies or gingerbread house are damaged or you are dissatisfied with them, please contact us by email info@sweetcaroline.net.au or phone 0412 529 340 to discuss the matter. We aim to resolve any issues promptly. Due to the nature of our products, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your products.

We do not accept responsibility for the late arrival of your posted products as a reason to offer a refund. We suggest you place your orders in advance to avoid disappointment.

We do not offer a refund for exchange for change of mind.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sweetcaroline.net.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In some cases a deposit is requested. Should you cancel your order, your deposit will only be refunded if cancellation is received within 10 business days before the delivery date for your products.
