Are cookies individually wrapped?
Yes. Cookies are individually sealed in food grade cello bags. Biodegradable cello bags are available on request, at an additional cost.
How long do cookies stay fresh?
The shelf life of sealed cookies is 8-10 weeks.
How big are your cookies?
Our cookies are 7cm diameter.
Do you make gluten free cookies?
Yes! We make cookies that are gluten free & vegan. They contain no common allergens.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes, a selection of our products can be ordered wholesale. Please email us directly to discuss atinfo@sweetcaroline.net.au.
Can my order be picked up?
TYes. Orders can be picked up from Cheltenham 7am-2pm, or from Beaumaris after hours.
Can cookies be delivered?
Yes, we ship orders all over Australia & Internationally.
How much notice do you need for my order?
Generally, our lead time is 5 business days. However, this can increase or decrease at times. Please email usif your order is urgent or at the last minute. We’ll do our best to help you!
Can gingerbread houses be delivered?
Yes, we ship gingerbread houses all over Australia & internationally. Shipping costs are based on package weight & size.
How big are your gingerbread houses?
Dimensions of our gingerbread houses appear within the photos of each house on our website.
Do you make gluten free gingerbread houses?
No, at this stage we don’t.
Can cupcakes be delivered?
Yes, we deliver cupcakes within Metro Melbourne only.
Can Cupcakes be posted?
No.

Is Sweet Caroline a retail store?
No, not yet. Our kitchen headquarters is in Mills Street Cheltenham, Victoria and is a Commercial Production kitchen. Orders placed via our website can be picked up here. We make to order.
